Hiya Alan. I thought i`d better post on here as I know it will be longer than 5 words! ;0}
I see you`re heading back to the UK this week somewhere so I would just like to say have a safe flight and good holiday. Oh and bring your warm clothes turning really cold here again this weekend coming. :o{ I`ve got a busy week myself and might not catch you before you leave P. If you make it to my neck of the woods smile at all passing females... you never know!! Take care Byee.
P S. I`m the one with the averages! ;0}

Hi Jemma. Thanks for the good wishes. Yes, back in Blighty for about 10 days - mostly I will be in Kent so be careful who you smile at..(or not...you never know...I ALWAYS smile at the passing females). I'll certainly bring some warm clobber - all ready because it's been a bit nasty here this past few days. Temperature is ok (until night) but the rain has been a bit regular. Still, should be nice and hot when we get back.

Will probably be in your neck of the woods in August though, visiting the bruv-in-law, so I'll sharpen me pencil ready to work out your averages then. Don't work too hard Jemma..plenty of hours in the day, it's how you use them (or not) that counts. Speak soon and take care. U know that Up2 is an option if necessary ok?

Keep smiling and may your straddles be many and enjoyable! X

Thanks Alan. I`m on hols as from tonight 12.00 am. We are driving down to Southwold tomorrow to have a look at a beautiful Bay (with a view to having him) and will spend 2 days with my Son/D-I-L. Maybe you can drag that ol` sun over here with you...please! Enjoy your stay and keep warm. (Up2) I can`t make headway with yet. But, I haven`t given up. Boss is over cautious thanks to former career. Anyhoo, it`s nice to know you`re always there for whatever, whenever. Thank-you that means a lot. Siging off now Alan, be good and careful. Byee. xx
I will definitely be straddlin` plenty very soon I hope. ;o)

Hi Jemma. Sorry for the delay in replying (still it let the to$$ers on the negative button have a chance to double up).

UK was ruddy cold and wet, thanks for asking ;-), and managed to catch a flaming cold from the 'strangers' now living in my old home town. Everything overpriced as usual - beer, food and travel! Still, mum was in pretty good spirits when we turned up unannounced on Mothers Day, so that's the main thing. Not sure she remember much about it now though, which is a shame.

Failed to hook up with most of the people we were going to see because of the weather and other reasons but the trip still cost a fortune! Weather back here in Portugal is a bit hit and miss - 2 days sun now before more rain at the weekend. It is warmer here though.

Anyway, enough of me, how was your break? Hope you had some fun and got a bit of straddling in before your return? Easter is always cold now seemingly, even here it is right chilly at night - but we do better with the temperature (and sun) during the day.

Good to be back, even if I'm twiddling my thumbs now I'm redundant on the threads (not really twiddling, got plenty of things I can get involved in). Always good to hear from you, and please don't work too hard!! You can roll on summer as much as you like! Keep smiling! ;-)

OK...negative button pushers descend!!

Hiya Alan. Yes, as you say very cold and yucky. It would seem you picked the worse time to visit UK which is a shame and showing no signs of improvement yet (give us strength, cos we need it.) It`s nice to hear your mum is well and in good spirits. Reading between the lines I guess your mum is in a R/H, if thats the case Alan I`m really sorry to hear that and just hope she`s getting all the TLC/support she needs and deserves. Colds can be nasty at this time of the year. Take care! Yep, overpriced and not always good service. Sigh! Perhaps you will get a chance to see your friends when you`re here later in the year.

My long weekend was brilliant thanks. Spent Mothers Day with Ryan & Layla which was very nice although cold. Will be making a lot more trips home soon were gonna be grandparents come July (a girl!) I`m really pleased for them both albeit I`m a bit young for all of that malarky, haha (just 16 years between me and Ryan) but hoping to see as much as I can of the bairn. Any spare time I get is spent `straddlin` LoL. Sometimes just not enough hours in the day is there?
I know you won`t be twiddling for long! Summers coming probably to you more than us and you`ll be busy just how you like it.
I`ll keep smiling and hope you will too. Be good and careful. ;o}

PS. Thanks for replying to my post. x

Anyone know of any missing - please list. I've been back as far as last summer and can't find any others. But you may know better. List of latest results are on next post (taken from last list I have after 387 rounds).

Val, it wasn't - but thanks! Jemma did really well keeping many of the lists up to date, she doesn't get much time bless her. Damned if I'd do it after working nights!

I did have quite some trawling to do as Jemma was told not to bother on some threads even though they had been included earlier. Still, passed the time whilst listening to England in New Zealand last night and this morning. Once you get the hang of navigating back to what you need it's not too tough. Bit knacked now though!!

Hi Jemma.

You deserve the thanks for keeping the threads you were told mattered up-to-date, made the job an awful lot easier. The rest...well, once you get used to navigating to and for it gets easier and having the majority already laid out for you helps give you the incentive to carry on.

As for updating, I'll try and keep on top of it - certainly for a while until I get back into the music stuff more seriously than now (although I'm still doing some projects on both music and visual stuff). You have a rest for a while and concentrate on the straddling huh? ;-)

In truth it wouldn't hurt for the results to be posted here once the voting is over, if the administrator copies his result post here that would suffice and I can collate every few days.
