Val H. says:
I understand. I feel the same about Nicholas Cage. But if you like really black comedy and have a strong stomach for violence, then I heartily recommend In Bruges [DVD].

Bit sweary for you C! Thing is TR is the sort of film to see on the big screen because of all the detail in the future world they have created. Never seen CF in a movie before, but he sure is fit (....in a running around all the time type of way!!!).

Collette says:
Thanks Val. I like Nicholas Cage. I love him in The Family Man. :0)

Too many cuss words, 2old? That just wouldn't do now, would it! CF doesn't do anything for me. Nor Brad Pitt and the likes. :0)

nocheese says:
I saw Colin Farrell being interviewed re 'Total Recall', and he said it had 'a beautiful aesthetic', so I'd have to agree with Collette, and add the word 'pretentious'.

I think 'beautiful aesthetic' is a good description nocheese having seen the movie. Another word would be 'lush' - go see this weekend!

Collette says:
Hmmm...I don't know really Nuge. Maxwell Caulfield, Clint in his Dirty Harry Days, Stuart Townsend, Robert Kazinsky, Shemar Moore (Criminal Minds), Josh Strickland (he's g@y though - what a waste), Josh Hartnett, and I AM partial to a lil bit of Gorgeous George. Mmmm! :0)

Nugent Dirt says:
I must be a hermit as I've never heard of any of these apart from Clint and I guess that last ref is Clooney rather than Osborne...or mebbe not?

Collette says:
Maxwell Caulfield was in The Colbys, Grease 2 and Emmerdale, Stuart Townsend's an Irish actor, Josh Strickland's a singer and Josh Hartnett's been in The Faculty, 30 Days Of Night, etc. Yep, Mr Clooney. Who floats your boat then? Please don't be like my other half and say Angelina! :0)

Nugent Dirt says:
I was once well into Michelle Pfeiffer and so did see the dire Grease 2 so I think I know who you mean now. Also seen 30 Days of Night so ditto. Viz Angelina, no way Jose. Ditto many of the obvious pinup types like assorted Page 3 Stunnas, Katie Price, Pamela Anderson etc etc I've a major thing for cute redheads like Alyson Hannigan, Nicole Kidman, Isla Fisher and Karen Gillan.

Collette says:
Good for you! Michelle was beautiful in Grease 2. Time's been pretty kind to her now as well. Dire eh? I love it. Probably my most watched film ever. :0)

Nugent Dirt says:
You a redhead by any chance C? Viz MP she even looked great when she had to tone it down like in Frankie and Johnny. I even watch her in chick flick fodder like the one with her opposite Clooney and snooze-inducing costume dramas like Dangerous Liasions.

Blastronaut says:
Michelle Rodriguez gets me all in a tizz; I'll sit through flicks that I'm only half interested in (The Fast & The Furious, Avatar etc) just to watch her.

Agree with you there SL if you were referring to Dangerous Liaisons. Great cast with Glenn Close and John Malkovich absolutely superb.

Not so keen on the updated high-school version Cruel Intentions with Sarah Michelle Gellar and Ryan Phillippe, but then it wasn't really aimed at my age bracket.

On the subject of fanciable female film stars, then I would watch pretty much anything with Kate Winslet in it (except Titanic).
