I just love that song, Val! I was off work for 3 months after my hysterectomy when Neighbours started so got hooked. Yes I do know what A.A. looks like so I chose a video without him! Loved Guy Pearce and a ginger bloke who played the doctor. Many, many years since I watched it.

EDIT It was Geoff Paine who had a bad accident on set.
