Johnny Bee says:
Paranoia strikes deep
Into your life it will creep
It starts when you're always afraid
You step out of line, the man come and take you away

T. Franklin says:
Oi!
All over the country
(We want a new direction)
I said all over this land
(We need a reaction)
Well there should be a youth explosion
(Inflate creation)
But something we can command

What's the point in saying destroy
I want a new life for everywhere

We want a direction
(All over the country)
I want a direction
(All over this land)
Because this is your last chance

You can't dismiss what is gone before
But there's foundations for us to explore

I said -
All around the world I've been looking for new -

Youth explosion!

A new direction -
We want a reaction -
Inflate creation -
Looking for new!

(Jam)

Been around the world and I, I, I, I can't find my baby?
I don't know when? I don't know why?...Why he's gone away?
And I don't know where he can be? my baby, But I'm gonna find him

(The amazing Lisa Stansfield ;o>)

Brass Neck says:
I asked the wiseman one sunny day
Can you help me find my way
You're so much older and wiser too
Would you help me mr wiseman
I'm feelin' blue
Oh I'm not satisfied

He said you're not doin too bad, not bad at all
You're just trying to walk son before you can crawl
You got stacks of money to sky up above
Now all you need is to find you a love

He sent me searchin' to find my love
He sent me searchin' to the Lord up above
He sent me searchin' just to find the mornin' dove
And she'll tell you where to find your love
Oh mr wiseman I need to find my love

Johnny Bee says:
He was the wizard of a thousand kings
And I chanced to meet him one night wandering
He told me tales and he drank my wine
Me and my magic man, kind of feeling fine

He had a cloak of gold and eyes of fire
And as he spoke, I felt a deep desire
To free the world of it's fear and pain
And help the people to feel free again

Why don't we listen to the voices in our hearts
'Cause then I know we'd find we're not so far apart
Everybody's got to be happy, everyone should sing
For we know the joy of life, the peace that love can bring

So spoke the wizard, in his mountain home
The vision of his wisdom means we'll never be alone
And I will dream of my magic night
And a million silver stars that guide me with their light

(Uriah Heep - they were 'avin' a laugh!)

As I went a'walking one morning in spring, I met with some travellers in an old country lane
One was an old man, the second a maid, The third was a young man who smiled as he said...

"With the wind in the willows and the birds in the sky, There's a bright sun to warm us wherever we lie
We have bread & fishes and a jug of red wine, To share on our journey with all of mankind"

I sat down beside them with gay flowers around, And we ate from a mantle spread on the ground
They told me of peoples, and prophets and kings, And all of the one God who knew everything...

So I asked them to tell me their names and their race, That I may remember their kindness & grace
"My name it is Joseph, this is Mary my wife, And this is our young son who is our dear life"...

"With the wind in the willows and the birds in the sky, There's a bright sun to warm us wherever we lie
We have bread & fishes and a jug of red wine, To share on our journey with all of mankind"

"We are travelling to Glaston through England's green lanes, To hear of men's troubles, to hear of men's pains
We travel the wide world o'er the lands and the seas, To tell all the people how they can be free"

So sadly I left them in that country lane, I know that I never shall see them again
One was an old man, the second a maid, The third was a young boy who smiled as he said...

"With the wind in the willows and the birds in the sky, There's a bright sun to warm us wherever we lie
We have bread & fishes and a jug of red wine, To share on our journey with all of mankind"

(Traditional Irish folksong & hymn)

We're a happy family
We're a happy family
We're a happy family
Me mom and daddy

Siting here in Queens
Eating refried beans
We're in all the magazines
Gulpin' down thorazines

We ain't got no friends
Our troubles never end
No Christmas cards to send
Daddy likes men

Daddy's telling lies
Baby's eating flies
Mommy's on pills
Baby's got the chills

I'm friends with the President
I'm friends with the Pope
We're all making a fortune
Selling Daddy's dope

T. Franklin says:
Stand by to stand by
Ain't no need to worry today
Thorazine shuffle make everything OK
I know how you feel
You say you need your highs and lows
But what if you could take your pain
And just let it go

Step right back and watch me now
I'll show you how it's done
Stay right here with me now
Till the damage is done
And the damage is done

Time drags by
When you're boring
Don't care what you do care what you say
There comes a time
When you got to let the monster inside you
Let him come on out, come on out and play

Step right back and watch me now
I'll show you how it's done
Stay right here with me now
Till the damage is done

Step right back and watch me now
I'll show you how it's done
Stay right here with me now
Till the damage is done
And the damage is done

Stand by to stand by
Ain't no need to worry today
Thorazine shuffle make everything OK

Some folks like water,
Some folks like wine,
But I like a taste,
Of straight strychnine,
You may think it's funny,
That I like this stuff,
But once you've tried it,
You can't get enough,
The wine is red,
And poison is blue,
Strychnine is good,
For what's eatin' you.

The wine is red,
And poison is blue,
Strychnine is good,
For what's eatin' you, oh oh oh

If you listen to what I say,
And you try strychnine someday,
Make you choke,
It'll make you shout,
Illegal, and knock you high,
Some folks like water,
Some folks like wine,
But I like the taste,
Of straight strychnine,
(cramps)

Graceful ruler of my life, For one day to be your wife
With the joy and love you bring, You're my first, my last, my everything

For you are my sun, my rain, Soothing my deepest pain
You're my thought disruptor, An emotional conductor
A new horizon you bring, My antidote to Strychnine

I would hate to lose you now, To survive alone, I don't know how?
My love is stronger than before, `Tis you alone I shall adore

For you are my sun, my rain, Soothing my deepest pain
You're my thought disruptor, An emotional conductor
A new horizon you bring, My antidote to Strychnine

Been admiring you for so long, Emotions now in me strong
Give my soul the peace I know it needs, Let love now blossom from these seeds

For you are my sun, my rain, Soothing my deepest pain
You're my thought disruptor, An emotional conductor
A new horizon you bring, My antidote to Strychnine

Waking up every day, So vague, Saw it on her empty face, So strange
Drown her if she can't be free, Her plea, Fallen heroes in your dreams, I see
What's there tomorrow? Strychnine tomorrow, What's there tomorrow?

Wake up dying every day, So vague, Stick a needle in my brain, So strange
Never know if I have seen it or not? I don't want to be in your arms forever...again
What's there tomorrow? Strychnine Tomorrow, What's there tomorrow?

Blue eyes broken, Blue eyes broken, Blue eyes broken, Your blue eyes are broken now
What's there tomorrow? Strychnine tomorrow, What's there tomorrow?
Love ain't forever, What's there tomorrow? What's there tomorrow?...You will be forever blind

(Oblivion Dust) ...Whoah? - I'm starting to feel a strange sense of deja-vu?!! ;o>

I've got to reach the setting sun

A whole lot, whole lot of cocaine, man
Runnin' around my brain, runnin' around my brain

T. Franklin says:
Well my body's burning up And I'm feeling so bad
And I think it must be something That I've just had
Screaming sounds are buzzing through my brain Am I mad or am I sane?
I can't control my body anymore It's reaching down into the very core
I've gotta find a way of solving the solution Is this what they call brainbox pollution?
Take my hand I'll lead you on To learn so far
My dreams your own Is this world That we all find It's leaving us So far behind
I can't control my body anymore It's reaching down into the very core
I've gotta find a way of solving the solution Is this what they call brainbox pollution?

I've got a black skin suit
Alligator shoes
Now I found success
And I paid my dues

Well everything is fine
But I can't find my mind

I've got a crystal ball
And a divining rod
Magnifying glass
And a pack of dogs

I looked up my sign
But I can't find my mind

Oh I hold alone
I had a private eye
Turnin a (?)
With the FBI

No matter what I do
I still can't find a clue
But what ?

I don't know what to think
I'll look every place
Where is the missing link ?
And what's behind my face ?
There's only one thing to do

Where I hung my coat, it's where I left my head, So you'd be wise to doubt every word I ever said
'Cause I just woke to eat some chocolate, And go straight back, I'll go straight back to bed

Where's my head? Where's my head? Where's my head? Where's my head?

And I'd search for reason I'm awake, To hear this song march, blasphemy I'd take
And the only chance that I have tonight, Is if something that I ate made my dreams not right...
And my love shows up in a dress of white

Where's my head? Where's my head? Where's my head? Where's my head?

Brass Neck says:
His comrades fought beside him - Van Owen and the rest
But of all the Thompson gunners, Roland was the best
So the CIA decided they wanted Roland dead
That son-of-a-b!tch Van Owen blew off Roland's head

Roland the headless Thompson gunner
Norway's bravest son
Time, time, time
For another peaceful war
But time stands still for Roland
'Til he evens up the score
They can still see his headless body stalking through the night
In the muzzle flash of Roland's Thompson gun
In the muzzle flash of Roland's Thompson gun

Johnny Bee says:
In the Tower of London large as life,
The Ghost of Anne Boleyn walks they declare.
For Anne Boleyn was once King Henry's wife,
Until he made the headsman bob her hair!
Ah, yes, he did her wrong, long years ago
And, she comes up at night to tell him soooo!

With her head tucked underneath her arm
She walks the Bloody Tower
With her head tucked underneath her arm
At the midnight hour.

I'm Henerey the eighth I am,
Henerey the eighth,I am,I am.
I got married to the woman next door
She'd been married seven times before
And every one was an Henerey
She wouldn't have a Willie or a Sam
I'm her eighth old man called Henerey
I'm Henerey the eighth I am. (Harry Champion)
