My card provider cancelled my card. If any money had been debited they would have refunded it. Contact your card provider straight away and they should deal with it all for you. The only way to contact APXPlay is by a very expensive phone call which I'm sure would be useless anyway.
Good luck!

I wasn't so impressed with mine after they blocked a large purchase of freezer and fridge freezer from John Lewis. Security measure did quite please me at first until I breezily said thanks for checking but it is legit, pay them. Oh we can't do that quoth they, the transaction was blocked, we don't reverse that so you'll need to go back and order the stuff afresh. Gee ta I said, like they're going to trust an order from me now.

Nice going Lez, at least your card provider seems to be wise to these sort of people.

APX did try again last September but my card provider (Nationwide) blocked them straight away and phoned me. Now when I use that card, they phone me after every couple of transactions and check the details with me. I'm very impressed!

I just made the same experience. The same site appears with other names, such as ayeplay.com and so on. The mask is always the same. By the way, I notices that these sites try to send you a lot of adware and other bad stuff.

I was looking for an obscure track and APXPLAY came up in a search.
It proved to be a false trail - so decided not to use them.
I had registered and then found that they billed me for £11.48 on my card for a purchase I had never made!
Don't use them - it's a scam!
Contacted my credit card company to block them.

Nice to know these safeguards are in place. Mine was Nationwide, don't know if all providers do it.

I was looking for a CD and found the title at APXPlay. Went to the site and registered - free but had to give card details to be activated when I bought something. They said no money would be taken if the account wasn't activated.
I then found the advertised CD had vanished.
The card I used was refused twice for other on-line purchases and my card provider told me there was a block on it as APX had tried to take £13 but they 'didn't fulfil the criteria as a bona fide trading company'.
This is a scam, don't be tempted.
