Is it at all even possible to access .amz files under Linux any more?

I realise there is no longer an MP3 Downloader for Linux, but I wonder if there is another multiple-download solution (such as Clamz) for us free software folk.

Hi

I'm not sure how it works but I use Banshee and there is an Amazon MP3 Store link that works with Ubuntu 12.10

It's not working for me under Banshee or any other browser that has a Linux user agent.

I switched over to google music, works flawlessly under Linux, and (surprise surprise) My phone and tablet. MP3s seem to be cheaper and better quality.

Pymazon (https://code.google.com/p/pymazon/) is great when it works, but you may need to look around the "Issues" forums or browse the clone repo threads to get a working version. In particular, the jsphslgr-pymazon clone seems to work well if you can manage to acquire the proper .amz files.
