Are any MP3s available to US customers - and how can you tell?

Amazon UK has enough info about me to allow me to log into a customer account and it has my US payment info, although it has a blank where the customer page says "you are logged in as..." (I think I bought a CD a couple of years ago). But I've been trying to get some MP3s and both the 1click and basket methods have turned up a "no items in your basket" every time. Are there ANY MP3s on the UK site that will download to US, and if so, is there a way to tell which ones they are without the frustration of trying to buy and not being recognized?

And if you think that is annoying for you, count yourself lucky, at least you can buy them from Amazon.com. I am in Ireland, not a stone's throw from the UK and I can't get them here, yet, if you are in N Ireland, only a few miles up the road, you can.

And they wonder why we revert to dodgy torrent sites if the CD is unavailable or going for crazy prices!!!

Blame the mostly US companies that own the publishing companies, plus US bodies like the MPAA that set the geographical restrictions.

Try buying stuff from US dowload sites without a US-addressed credit card or US IP address!
