Having just watched the magical Mo Farah, I thought I would check Amazon for a biography. There is one priced at £37.95!!!!
Ridiculous!!! I'm sure there will be a better priced one available everywhere very soon, following his legendary Double Gold. Well done Mo :-)x

I believe this publisher specialises in "Print on Demand" but judging by the description it may just be compiled from Wikipedia .

I was also really pleased that Usain Bolt and the Jamacian team won gold in the 4 x 100m. Did you see Mo and Bolt swapping poses? There have been so many brilliant moments in the games I will be bereft when they are over next week.

Tom Daley was banned from his local swimming pool for peeing in the water. When his coach said that loads of people do that and don't get banned the pool attendant pointed out that the others don't do it from the top diving board.

I love the fact that Mo Farrell thanked all his past coaches too. Its all too easy to forget the first people that help us on our way, it starts with primary teachers and local club coaches. Without their enthusiasm the journey doesn't start.

Maybe he was just trying to work out a flight path?

Tom Daley's reaction to winning the Bronze was such an example to everyone :-) Sheer joy and exuberance from this fine young man, who was so happy to have won an Olympic medal, and happy for the others who won Gold and Silver. What a great role model for our youngsters :-) Remember Tom is only 18 years of age! He's lost his beloved dad, he has taken his 'A' levels and somehow managed to fit in some intense training, before going on to win the Bronze Olympic medal. Well done Tom, and we hope to see you Rio! x
