Watching Over the Watcher
Psychic Selene Johansen is an excellent police investigator, able to determine guilt from the first handshake. While her talent for fact-finding keeps her busy, her personal life is lonely. After all, who wants to date a girl who can read minds?

FLESH AND THE DEVIL by Kola Boof
The book covers 26,000 years in a passionate romance that begins in ancient West Africa and continues in modern day Washington, D.C., Sag Harbor and New York.

A Fool and His Money
1913. The book begins: I am quite sure it was my Uncle Rilas who said that I was a fool. If memory serves me well he relieved himself of that conviction in the presence of my mother-whose brother he was-at a time when I was at least competent to acknowledge his wisdom and most arrogant in asserting my own. I was a freshman in college: a fact-or condition, perhaps,-which should serve as an excuse for both of us. I possessed another uncle, incidentally, and while I am now convinced that he must have felt as Uncle Rilas did about it, he was one of those who suffer in silence. The nearest he ever got to openly resenting me as a freshman was when he admitted, as if it were a crime, that he too had been in college and knew less when he came out than when he entered. Which was a mild way of putting it, I am sure, considering the fact that he remained there for twenty-three years as a distinguished member of the faculty.

Clouded Rainbow
Roger Belkin has everything going for him, the career, the car, the marriage. Roger spends his days working as an investment manager and planning his life with his wife, Lois. But just as Roger is living the American Dream, on one cold, dark night, he will lose everything. A horrific traffic accident tears Roger and Lois apart and sends this loving husband on a tragic journey to find his wife.

Tides
Jupiter Ring, a war-scarred Vietnam veteran, cauterized of normal emotions, escapes to a small coastal island in Maine to end his life. He is haunted by the feral wraiths of war and by his Christmas Girl, a radiant young girl he lost years earlier. Driven by guilt, living in the twilight of extinc-tion, his world suddenly changes when he falls in love with Donna, a woman who escaped an unbearable tragedy by hiding Donna in a dark recess in her mind and creating a stronger woman who could cope with the horror, Lilith. In needing him, she becomes a narcotic that is keeping him alive but can't be possessed. In needing her, she awakens, clawing her way out of Lilith's shell. After a child is born, they move to Santa Monica and normalcy seems to settle into their lives. For the first time for both, the promise of happiness seems to be within grasp. When a horrible tragedy strikes Donna's life and Jupiter's true nature reveals itself, Lilith, the "black moon," resurfaces. The story is set in Southern Maine in 1969 and ends in Santa Monica, California in 1979.

In a night where jewelry is stolen, affairs are exposed and liars are everywhere, it's left to Cat to unravel the truth.

The following year, the fury of the sun turns back Time for everyone in the world. On PF (Power Failure) Day, a huge electromagnetic surge from the sun destroys the power grids and civilization as we know it. Living in the middle of downtown Kansas City makes survival nearly impossible. Starvation, dehydration, disease, freezing temperatures, and out-of-control fires imperil the desperate population. After facing unimaginable losses, Ben finds hope for the future when he meets Sara, who has endured her own share of agonizing loss. But when a murderous gang threatens to take away everything Ben has left, they flee to a wilderness area of a large city park where they learn to live off the land for survival.

Oh, Money! Money!
1918. Porter, American novelist and creator of the Pollyanna series of books that generated a popular phenomenon. Oh, Money! Money! is another of her best-selling works, the book begins: There was a thoughtful frown on the face of the man who was the possessor of twenty million dollars. He was a tall, spare man, with a fringe of reddish-brown hair encircling a bald spot. His blue eyes, fixed just now in a steady gaze upon a row of ponderous law books across the room, were friendly and benevolent in direct contradiction to the bulldog, never-let-go fighting qualities of the square jaw below the firm, rather thin lips.

Keeper of the Mountain

Ethan Justice: Origins (Ethan Justice - A Private Investigator Series Book 1)
Waking up beside the gorgeous Savannah Jones, John is shocked to learn she was for hire, and he can't pay the price - a thousand pounds or broken legs. In desperation, he turns to best friend, Mark, for the money. Only one problem - Mark has a dagger in his back.

The Titan Drowns: Time Travel Romance (New Atlantis Time Travel Romance Book 6)
Shy and insecure Pia Rogaland wants nothing more than to save the children. For feisty Elish Cork, it's the promise of adventure that drives her to commit. And Karl Ontario? He's a lab geek who never dreamed of stepping outside his medical facility, until the mission to save doomed children on the ill-fated Titanic is proposed and Fate compels him to step up. While each joins the team for a different reason, they all face the same challenges: How do they identify suitable targets for retrieval to their endangered Utopian world? Once identified, how do they avoid being labelled insane when they attempt to convince those targets that the "unsinkable" Titanic is about to sink, and their only hope of survival is to time travel to the future? And, if that isn't enough to contend with, how do they each then deal with finding and possibly losing the love of a lifetime in a few, fateful days? For sweet Pia, who falls in love with a man she's not allowed to save, this last challenge might just prove her undoing.
