Are people?

Out boozing?
Recharging batteries?
Craftily shopping in Tesco's , before tomorrow's stampede?
Sun dancing in Cardiff?
Supping single malt's across the boarder?
Pylon-peeing in North Wales?

What then? Where are you booboo?

It seems like it tonight doesn't it. The place is usually hopping a bit by now.
Didn't sell my house. The back garden wasn't big enough because the bloke who was looking is a joiner and needs a great big shed for all his tools. He said the pics at the estate agents made it look a lot bigger. Shame really because I really think I would have had a sale otherwise.

There's always something bisn't there, lass? I don't envy your task, but you'll have to stay positive, there may be a buyer round the corner, keep thinking about the cottage , have you finished doing it up yet , Suze? Yeah, forum's dead o dead tonight, there's only a few of us keeping it going. Maybe folks have run out of steam, or summat?

We're really only doing a bit of decorating and putting in a new bathroom. I won't buy the new bathroom yet though just in case, and it can't be installed until our mortgage companies surveyors been because it will increase the value, which would be like shooting myself in the foot, as I'm not paying extra for something I've done and already paid for myself.

60 grand........you wouldn't get a shed for that in Barth.

That's a nice thought. I could do with another break, but will probably be busy for a few weeks after we move sorting out all the things we forgot about. I suppose it helps that we know the history of the house and any problems it already has. Had the first so called buyer not let us down we were planning on moving next weekend, but we've put if off now because we don't want to leave this place empty. Oh well, it'll happen one day.

A bit more than a shed. It's a 2 bed semi. Housing is really cheap here though and the market is moving now but only very slowly.
