my kindle has been frozen sometime now,it is 3yrs old,i have a great many books on it ,i miss it very much ,use it every day as my fingers and hand find it difficult holding a real book.kindly advise me what to do,i do not want to use all the books. ta very much, AL Lockerbie

Have you tried restarting it by holding the power button in the on position for 20 seconds and leaving it to restart? Plug it into charge for a couple of hours before doing that.
