I. Byrne says:
How can you post under different names? Don't you have to be a customer of Amazon before you can post at all? So what you are saying is that some one is buying books with lots of different accounts and email addresses? And what about the credit card for pay-pal -(which I use) or doesn't Amazon check on that?

Silly things happen.

A day staff girl reported me to management for drinking on duty. Must have telephoned the Manager after they had both travelled home.

Next morning the Manager arrived very early and we found her going through the rubbish bin where she found 3 tall cans of high energy drink, granted from a distance they looked like lager cans. Manager just said I had been reported for drinking beer by someone. Did not say who had reported me.

Within hours a day girl had caught her cardigan sleeve in a door handle upstairs at home and as she pulled away from the door - slithered down a couple of stairs and sprained her wrist.

Through the grapevine I was told she was the tell tale, obviously she had made a mistake but I didn't even know she had told tales about me.

BLEEZYBLOBS - Guessed who your name was supposed to be before seeing your profile. I don't need encouraging. I never lie. Brian has a curious streak, may be his life is ordinary with some high spots. Most people are curious about the unexplained.

These days my life is pretty ordinary with occasional high spots too.

Why are people so happy to snitch, and why do Managers love it?

K. A. Newton says:
Worse are the Managers who listen to the snitch and accidentally let it be known who the snitch might be, repeat might be and then sit back and watch the fireworks.

Elaine, the clock is lovely and attracted my eye when I was browsing for a new clock, but I went for something cheaper. If our personalities are reflected in our choice of clocks then what would the one I chose say about me! Kitchen Vegetable Barrel "Farm Fresh" Clock W5864!In fact, what would a brief look through all my tat reveal! Don't hold back now!!

Elaine4Wales says:
honeybunny, that is soooo cool for a kitchen clock, I like it very much! None of us are going to trawl through your purchases, the only person who does that is J.H., no doubt he will have something to say about your clock too! (always nervous about typing the word 'clock' in case I leave a letter out - lol).

Give him some credit - he did say he feels sorry for people who disagree with him about the "name changers".
I found that very comforting.
