We are delighted to announce the launch of the new Kindle Help Forum on Amazon.co.uk.

The new Kindle Help Forum has been created as a dedicated Kindle Help resource for new and experienced Kindle users alike.

A link to the new Kindle Help Forum is displayed on the right side of every help page on Amazon.co.uk. You can also click the link below to visit the new Kindle Help Forum:

Help build the new Kindle Help community! Get answers to your questions and help others with your knowledge.

"How is the new Kindle Help Forum different to the older forum?"

The original Kindle Forum is part of the larger Product Discussion Forum and was set up to be product-related. Customers interested in a particular Kindle model, accessory or book could discuss it with the community to decide which product was right for them.

Over time however, the original Kindle Forum has developed into a thriving community with helpful information available on all things Kindle.

We have been humbled by the level of expertise and knowledge in the Kindle Forum community. It is for this reason we'd like to invite you to join our new Kindle Help Forum.

The new Kindle Help Forum is supported by the Kindle Community team and is dedicated to Kindle Help content.

Messages do not need to be approved by the Kindle Community team. You're free to post Kindle-related questions and answers just like the original Kindle Forum.

The Kindle Help Forum is a community for customers to assist one another - answering each other's questions and sharing tips and techniques. The Kindle Community team will also contribute answers to threads from time to time, if they feel they can add value to the discussion.

"Will threads from the older forum be added to the new Kindle Help Forum?"

Threads in the Kindle Discussion Forum will not be moved as we do not want to force the participants of those conversations to move forums to continue their discussions. You'll still have the option to start discussions and search for older threads in the original Kindle Forum.

We'd like to take the opportunity to highlight some of the best threads in the original Kindle Forum and provide links to these threads for users who are new to the Kindle Help Forum. We're currently in the process of identifying the most helpful Kindle discussions in the original Kindle Forum which will be added to a pinned announcement in this Forum.

If you feel we've missed some helpful threads in the original forum, please respond to the 'Helpful Discussions' thread in the new Kindle Help Forum and include a link to the thread you'd like to recommend.

We look forward to seeing you in the Kindle Help Forum.
