can't connect my paperwhite kindle to the Internet. I tried everything !!

Like: what channel are you using? Which router? Which firmware on the router? Have you rebooted the router? Which speed protocol are you using? Have you checked your MAC filtering rules? What did Amazon CS suggest? What did your ISP suggest?

Where are you trying to get to? Where are you entering the email address (which app? browser? website? device?).

If your typing your ISP password on your Kindle when trying to connect it to your wifi it sounds like the password is wrong.

You can type it so you can see the characters as you type. I sugest you check that against the password on your router, assuming you haven't changed it.

If you are definitely typing it correctly then talk to customer services just in case your Kindle is malfunctioning.

Assuming you have other devices attached to your router, using the same password that you are trying with your Kindle I.e pc, phone, tablet etc, I would go back to Kindle customer services and say that your router and wifi signal has been checked out and it seems to be a problem with the device. With a bit of luck they'll replace it.

I don't think you can do much more at your end.

The sarcasm is understandable as the umpteenth time someone complains and expects everyone else to read their mind.
It's easy to help when you know what the problem is. Rather difficult when you don't.
Hopefuuly, when others read this (sometimes more of a miracle when the answer is in the post before) they will understand you must give as much info as possible.
