This forum used to be great. Now it's died on it's arse. Why?

Hey Jonesy.

I still read this forum every few days. Most of the things posted now are things we've been through. Or things i've no interest in. I think add to the fact that this forum became a self promoting site for peoples Kindle horror ebooks. It also got a little messed up with some trolling.

The forum is dead but at least some people stop by now and then to poke it with a stick. Are you up for trying to resurrect it?

Try posting in the Kindle forum, there may even be a thread that addresses your problem.

My Kindle is the free app to PC so I have no idea but there is a Kindle Discussion Forum and also a Kindle Help Forum as well? And there are already lots of threads dedicated to this sort of problem. I think that the usual suggestion is to plug it into the charger and leave it for a while, then hold down the restart button for at least a good 20-30 seconds, and then just leave it alone for a couple of minutes to let it 'come round' again?

The link into the Kindle Discussions Forum is -

And the Kindle Help Forum is at -

"AND THATS WHY THE FORUM DIED" lol....At least someone posted and it was about something being dead (which kinda fits in with the forum)

There are quite few forums that have died a death recently. Drama, Philosophy, High Definition. Even the Fantasy and Science Fiction forums are seeing much reduced traffic. As is the Fiction forum which used to be heaving (it was one of the big 6 not so long ago).

Everyone got negative votes on here all the time. In fact it seems to happen on all forums. I think there's some troll going round just voting everyone down. If you look all the posts on here have been voted down.
