First Review says:
Fate Are we in charge of our own fate? Do we really make decisions, or are we just observers of what we do? This mystery, on many levels with a hint of the Frankenstein legacy, explores this question. Just who is controlling the fate of the characters, who is the writer of their story-the author of the book? Well, who decided he would write it? Is God our author? Does he know our stories already? Can we do anything about our own lives or is choice an illusion?
