Which is better?

A physical copy of the movie, or a digital media file that you download to your computer?

I prefer physical copies personally because they look more stylish and professional then just a stream or download of the film.

Think it's already been discussed ad nauseam in at least two other threads near the top of this board. What's 'best' is largely defined by your needs. Want the best quality at the expense of portability? Physical media it is. Like having your collection readily available anywhere you go and aren't too concerned with AV quality? You'll probably be happier with digital copies (although maybe not the low quality digital copies given away with DVDs/BDs).
