Games in the UK for Kindle

As a new user it was a shame to find that though US Kindle owners have access to a number of basic games from Amazon.com users in the UK do not. Though I obviously didnt buy it to specifically play games on it would be good to be able to while away time now and then playing games. I have e-mailed Kindle Support and all I was told was they were not available in the UK and know explanation. Can anyone tell me why and what are the chances of ever getting them in the UK.

Temporarliy transfer your kindle account to amazon.com and then you can download them all. When you have finished transfer back to the uk - problem solved.
