the customer service team are first class, it is just a shame
that the company do not back purchasers & stop selling
pc games from companies that use companies such as steam.
& drm, you would think with the massive number of complaints on their website regarding this issue it would do something to help, but it is the service team who have to deal with this which must be the largest issue they deal with

Why should Amazon stop selling games that require you to have a STEAM account and what not ?

That has nothing to do with Amazon go grizzle to the Devco or Publisher.

Just my 2 pence worth, but I have always found the Amazon Customer Service team to be polite and extremely helpful. The product maybe crap, but Amazon Customer Service is the best I've come across.

I'd probably say the largest issue would be stuff not turning up. Other as that they are efficient and polite when I've had this problem.

Well that's down to the publisher or distributor I would think to giving info on the product.

As you have posted a blank post I have used it to have a gripe.. I have just taken delivery of a Humax freesat box.. The packaging had no seal on it whatsoever and when I queried this with the courier he said that is normal for Amazon they use tape that falls off. Now this is not a small item and not only was it not sealed the packing inside the box did nothing to stop the item slopping around so heaven knows if it will actually work when I set it up.. Surely someone at Amazon must realise the most important part of on line sales is the package and delivery!!!!!!

Sounds like b0llocks to me. I've never had tape that falls off from the great wrapped products from Amazon. You sure you didnt buy from a market place seller? Either that or your courier swapped your product over for an old one by the sounds of it.

Amazon customer service are great. On the one and only occasion I ever had a problem with Amazon (which was actually with a 3rd part seller, not Amazon themselves), they sorted out the problem courteously, quickly and efficiently. What more could you ask for?
