Apple and cinnamon porridge with blueberries and raspberries, bucket of tea.
Lightly dusted haddock fillet smothered in tomato ketchup inside a couple of slices of Heyford bread and butter, more tea.
A Red Berry Fruit Cooler and a millionaires shortcake - takeaway from Costa.
Roast pork with yorkshire puds, roasties and veggies followed by fresh fruit salad, and another bucket of tea.

*Psst - Colin, you really MUST stop eating nothing but pizza! - you'll start looking like one soon!!!
I'm going to send you a food parcel to tide you over till Carole comes home to 'mother' you! x

Not feeling too bright today, so,.....

Breakfast? - 1/2 a slice of toast, water.
Lunch? - the other 1/2 slice of toast!, water
Tea? - probably just toast? and maybe a small cup of tea?

For more exciting meals and delicious gourmet recipes - please address all queries to Colin, c/o Pizza Express.

Still living on toast but I have now upgraded from white to wholemeal, so,.....

Breakfast? - one slice of toast, small cup of tea.
Lunch? - another slice of toast, small cup of tea
Tea? - I'm just trying to decide between toast? and toast? - it'll probably just be toast though - maybe a large cup of tea?

For more extraordinary meals and dubious gutwrenching recipes -
please address all queries to Stella, c/o J D Wetherspoons.

Right Colin, for dropping me right in it with Sir - and then doing a runner! - you complete cowardy custard! - I have confiscated all your pizzas and put you on the list of banned customers at all your favourite takeaway shops. SO THERE!!!

There's a nice, healthy recipe for a vegan hotpot on 'silly foodies' - full of goodness and really weird things called vegetables! It's so easy that even you can make it! Stick some chicken or lamb in if you want, it already has tomato puree in it and you can even sprinkle some cheese over the top - BUT NO MORE PIZZA!!!

Oh, and I am NOT talking to you again until you apologise for making me pay the price of you refusing to be Trevor!!!

Raspberry and Cranberry Porridge and a large bucket of tea.
Chicken & Prawn paella (with roasties! and yorkshire pud!) followed by sherry trifle. Tea.
Salad baguette and fresh fruit salad and another bucket of tea.

Oh, and a very small'ish bag of chocolate brazils!

today at jd wetherspoons i asked what pies were on offer and was told they had round pies and square pies. naturally i went for the square pie which was quite tasty. I cant think why anyone would have a round pie at lunchtime

TheFoe says:
BEEFY BROWNE

Ingredients

500g steak mince
2 Rashers of smoked bacon, fat cut off and diced
1 Onion chopped
Handful of mixed peppers sliced
1 Garlic clove chopped
Approx 6 big mushrooms chopped
Splash of Red Wine
4 heaped teaspoons gravy granules
1/2 pint water
2 beef stock cubes

Method

1) Fry onion until golden brown
2) Add garlic and fry for 1 minute
3) In a bowl season the mince with beef cubes
4) Add mince and bacon, gently fry until browned
5) Add peppers and mushrooms (frozen peppers seem to cook quicker) and fry for a couple of mins
6) Put gravy granules in cold water, stir a bit and add to pan
7) increase heat to boil, then simmer and add red wine

Literally just made this, I'm not very good at exact weights as this was off the top of my head. Serves about 3 generous portions.
