Thanks FB(in UK). As you could probably see from my Deathrow supper suggestions - I am an 'all things Greek' fan. Not too keen on the bit that says I was 'fashioned' from muck and water, but hey - you can't have it all. My curiousity has got me into some hot water sometimes, but as I do actually learn from my mistakes - that lid is definitely staying securely on - although there is a downside to this, as although Pandora released all the evils in the world - she also released the saving grace of 'hope'. When the spirit of hope was released - Pandora uttered the immortal phrase ...... wait for it...... 'Don't worry peeps - Elpis at hand'

Morning all!

On the subject of the OP, death row inmates. . .I've finished the kindle book, very interesting. It's been noted that 20% (which is a lot) of the executionees have the middle name 'Lee'. You know, like Dave Lee Travis! Although he seemed quite a nice bloke :) Lots of double cheeseburgers, fries and coke for last meals too.

Nice weather we're having.

Frenchie says:
It is a good choice, Mrs P. Allen. I always think that screen names gives away the character of a person. Look at Suzysunshine, her sunny personality shines through. Pixie is cheeky. Scarlet Lady, sexy. Bookworm ... well Bookworm is the serious one LOL. Sam, I guess it is his real name, sounds cuddly. And so on... As for Pandora, the All-giving, was fashioned by Hephaistos, brought to life by Athena, and Aphrodite gave grace while Hermes gave her the speech.. Pandora is a nice name, it will give you an air of mystery..

Suzysunshine's suggestion of Pandora took my fancy..... I'll try my best to keep the lid on the box though!!!

My Lady is on holiday? What am I going to do with myself?

See? She's not even here to appreciate a double entendre.

Sam Hunter says:
An e-tumbleweed was something I made up. Like the tumbleweeds in westerns that roll through deserted towns, but an electronic version because this is an internet forum.

Well, it's such a glorious day here in Stockport, blowing a gale, but so warm and bright!
I guess everyone either hunched up in an office, cheesed off at being trapped indoors or off out for the day somewhere.
It used to often be like this for days before everybody came a-visiting, Sam.
This is why we used to play around so much!!! :o>

And Scarlet is off on her holidays too! What a lucky girl - hope she has great weather!

errr... what is an e-tumbleweed, Sam?
I did a quick internet search and I only got things like this : 1011 E Tumbleweed Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85085 - Zillow
plenty of them.
My mind boggles

Bit quiet around here today, isn't it. Think I saw an e-tumbleweed earlier.
