Tea and wholegrain brown bread with cheese, Mortadella or ham on it.

Open sandwich, not all together! Oh and tomatoes on the side.

Pizza, pasta and salad at this end with a choice of cream doughnuts or lemon meringue pie afterwards washed down with a glass of coke (we don't normally eat this bad it is our weekly treat night! :0)).

I am about to have a Hawaiian pizza. Wish I was in Hawaii though, British weather is doing my box in. Still, it's not raining just now so I might get away without my wellies when I meet my friends later!

Cup of tea and one of those cereal/nut/raisin/choc bars that my eldest son describes as, 'healthy' but looking at the list of ingredients the thing is so laden with fat, sugar and indeed, calories, I think I'd be better off eating a bag of chips! Still, it's got a green wrapper on it so I think that must make it good for me (I'll keep telling myself that anyway:)

G. D. Buxton says:
I like a good box of chocks myself but not when I am readind a hard back that as cost a few bob (not since the runny chock incident of 2003 anyway).
I hope this discussion does not turn into a self promo of chock production like these discussions do with authors we may end up with sales people from terrys or cadbury promoting there chocs.
