Here's two freebies collections from Tor Books, the largest SF publisher in the world - all DRM free

Some of the Best from Tor.com: 2012 Edition: A Tor.Com Original by Elizabeth Bear, Adam Troy Castro, Paul Cornell and Kathryn Cramer (1 Jan 2013)

A collection of some of the best original short fiction published on Tor.com in 2012. Includes stories by Elizabeth Bear, Adam Troy Castro, Paul Cornell, Kathryn Cramer, Brit Mandelo, Pat Murphy, Charles Stross, Michael Swanwick, Rachel Swirsky, and Gene Wolfe.

Glitches: A Tor.Com Original by Marissa Meyer

Cyborg Cinder has always been alone in the world. When she learns that she's going to be adopted, her whole life changes - she gets an all-new family, complete with a mostly-absent father, two step-sisters and an unwelcoming stepmother. How will she cope with being the only cyborg in the family? This story is a prequel to the futuristic fairytale Cinder (not free The Lunar Chronicles: Cinder by Marissa Meyer Kindle ed not free)

The Fierce Reads Anthology: A Tor.Com Original by Anna Banks, Leigh Bardugo, Jennifer Bosworth and Emmy Laybourne

Contains Marissa Meyer's Glitches, above.

This anthology includes short stories from five fierce young adult authors! Inside, you'll find a magical mermaid tale from Anna Banks, a fantastical Russian-influenced story from Leigh Bardugo, an electric thriller from Jennifer Bosworth, a post-apocalyptic drama from Emmy Laybourne, and a cybernetic fairytale from Marissa Meyer. This free anthology will give you an exciting taste of the fierceness of these authors' debut novels.

Have been dipping in and out of Some of the Best From Tor.com, 2013 Edition: A Tor.Com Original but have just finished the story Wakulla Springs which just blew me away. I love the way that these Tor anthologies are never totally predictable in terms of storytelling or content but always reliable in terms of quality of writing and interest.
