Oh, I manage to do all three; although I haven't noticed any of us bitchin'.

Nope, I spotted it was a rip-off and thought I'd do my civic duty and warn the masses...

Not sure hitting the publisher of If over his head with his own book would do much damage...

Haha, you could always try aiming lower ;-)

A heavy book on the instep can hurt, apparently ...

Sandra Giles says:
Yes..That's what I meant *looks shifty*
Are you speaking from experience there, Marcus? Who have you annoyed this time?

In reply to an earlier post on 21 Jul 2012 15:36:14 BDT
No, no, I'm perfectly innocent, Sandra, I assure you. At least, I'm not *aware* of having annoyed anyone (except for a couple of trolls on the US forums - but that's a gladiatorial arena, anyway).

And of *course* I knew you meant the instep ... {nods with an expression of distrust on his face}

Sandra Giles says:
Ah well, people on the US forums don't often count, so no worries there!

That I did. *Also nods, whilst wondering what kind of force it would take to knock someone out with the yellow pages*

In reply to an earlier post on 21 Jul 2012 18:06:28 BDT
LOL!

Depends on whether you use a forehand or a backhand. Also, I've got one of those small format Yellow Pages, so I reckon one needs to exert 2.746 times the force one needs to use with the usual, large format book.

I shall test my theory later.

Sandra Giles says:
You could use more force, or you could hit them repeatedly until you achieve the desired effect. Whatever seems more fun.
I didn't know you were planning on going to America! Good luck in finding a 'troll' :-)

In reply to an earlier post on 21 Jul 2012 22:32:30 BDT
I didn't understand your last sentence for a while, then I got it - LOL!

If you really want to find a troll ...

In reply to an earlier post on 22 Jul 2012 15:47:28 BDT
That film's on my "to be viewed" list. It looks a lot of fun ...

I'd suggest to try *those* trolls... :)

It has taken a long time, but finally I've been able to briefly confuse someone! Mwahaha. I often read posts and can't fathom them. It's nice to be able to do that same to someone.

In reply to an earlier post on 23 Jul 2012 13:52:31 BDT
I used to love those books!

In reply to an earlier post on 23 Jul 2012 13:53:05 BDT

You didn't realise that self-actualisation was so easy, did you? :-)

In reply to an earlier post on 23 Jul 2012 15:08:55 BDT
Sandra Giles says:
Now all I need to do is apply it to my day to day life. Or maybe year to year. It might be easier.
