Just for luck I reported this post to Amazon (continued spamming after a huge bunch of deletions), as well as your review of your own book. You really are desperate aren't you - which seems to indicate you know your book is a steaming pile of...

Garscadden, I sent a request to Amazon yesterday, that they re-iterate the no self-promotion rule as a sticky at the top of every forum. I got an automated response (of course) but when they asked for feedback on their response I wrote that they need to take some action.

It seems to me that the self-promo is worse than it has been for some time - it's rather annoying, but I do think that Ammy didn't make it clear enough.

I rarely go beyond my field of interest, so just curious: does this Adama fellow spam also romance or chick lit, or whatever else forums with his presumably SF masterpiece? Was deleted successfully at science fiction and thriller forums, and here you are - him again :)

Hi Jaggite - could you tell us a little more about your book?

Ah, the thread title is so tempting to spammers though, isn't it?

I suspect it might be your book. Although, after coming to the rescue of someone who got flamed on .com for recommending my books and being flamed also, I feel rather hypochritical about my suspicions.

However, your/the book you mention actually sounds like my kind of thing...

Will and Jim. That's three of us sitting on our hands then. Phnark!

Cheers

It's very hard to type when sitting on your hands. I'm doing this with my teeth.

As long as it's your teeth that's okay...

If you've read any of my stuff, then you know that I type well with my backside....

I'm sorry but you've started me working on the idea of a binary keyboard with two keys to press. I may get over this without counselling

10 out of 10 Jim for that idea.

I'd like to recommend a new series I discovered recently, the Artesans of Albia series by Cas Peace. Book One, King's Envoy: Artesans of Albia was just brilliant, it was something a little bit different. Book Two, King's Champion will be out soon and I'm definitely going to get it.

Jim Webster says:
'artesans'?
What is the significance of the spelling?

Posted on 17 Apr 2012 13:35:00 BDT
Perhaps it translates as 'I don't have a dictionary'...

Jim Webster says:
Well artesans is the Catalan from artisans. (or so I am assured by wiki so it must be true)

Google has it to be a range of affordable bathroom furniture. If you fantasize about steamed up bathroom cabinets this would appear to be just the book for you.

Pnark! I'm getting a Pan-asian (not Pan of Hamgeean) art gallery on my google.

I did wonder if they meant Artesian.

Well, I was wrong.

Cool.

Am recommending a book series written by my friend, Magnus Bledwell. It's called THE SAGA OF DANE & ASTRID, and it's a tree-book series set in the ancient world of the VIkings. It's a fun, and funny, series that puts a fresh twist on Norse Mythology and Viking adventure. Check it out and let me know what you think of it.

The books are:

Book 1: EYE OF ODIN
Book 2: SERPENT'S CURSE
Book 3: VALKYRIE'S QUEST

Available on as an e-book download from Amazon Kindle UK.
