Hustle - they had the last one on the Beeb last night. One of the more enjoyable shows on TV instead of all the misery that seems to be on these days under the guise of "Soaps" and/or "Drama".
I love Robert Glennister - not only in the role of Ash, but he was brill in Spooks (that's another one they shouldn't have knocked on the head - what is it with the Beeb - they have such successful shows and then terminate them?!!! Anyway - Robert Glennister (and his brother Phillip) do an awful lot of radio plays for Radio 4 and they are both wonderful! Adrian Lester is so cute - and as for Robert Vaughan - I loved the line about them all teaming up to become The Magnificent Seven - I thought they might include a line about Napoleon Solo and Man from Uncle! A fond farewell to Hustle and Spooks - THINK AGAIN BBC!

Flashforward. Great concept for a tv programme. Finished it on a cliffhanger with too many unanswered questions.

Spooks! I agree Roy...such a brill programme.Ros was so cool, couldn't believe she got blown up. Just loved that programme. Remember the start of it when you could press the red button at the end of the prog and do a test to see if you could work fro MI5? great!

I'm with you on Dark Angel. It had just got to the point where they werent putting her in silly dresses every 2 minutes. The guy who plays Dean from Supernatural was in it and I loved Joshua the mutant dog-man. Also Doll House and Veronica Mars. Re the former, Joss Whedon had the foresight to make an episode set in the future because of his experience with Firefly.

I was devastated by the ending of Angel! I felt cheated as I'd followed Angel from his Buffy days.

Firefly and notes from the underbelly, wish they could of at least of released notes when cancelling it.
Would of liked more episodes of no1 ladies detective agency.
The BBc seems to do shorter runs then American counterparts and always leave you wanting more rarely fed up with a show.

Survivors and Zen.

Survivors - mm not too sure but Zen - absolutely. It was excellent. The BBC1 controller gave some daft reason for not doing another series - something about too many male detectives. More likely to have been money - they obviously had spent a few bob on it. The books are great but the tv series was really classy.
