All the Doctor Who episodes have a commentary track as well as a soundtrack with descriptions for the visually impaired. There is a subtitle track for the hard of hearing.

However, it's all in English, sorry.

It's a perfectly valid question. In case you hadn't noticed, Amazon's product descriptions are sorely lacking in information about subtitles and language tracks, so *lots* of DVDs get similar questions.
