Yodel delivery is horrible. Amazon please stop using Yodel. They write fake reason on their website for non delivery and dont answer calls.

Yodel delivery is appalling. It may be enough to stop me buying from Amazon, they are horrid, they tell lies and state they have tried to deliver when they have not even been to the house. I have waited in for days, they are rubbish get rid of them.

Received a delivery vis Yodel today, very heavy King Size Memory Foam Mattress. Brilliant delivery service, came on the day promised, and carried in, on his own, by a very friendly driver. Cant't fault the service. Well Done.

I truly am an advocate for Amazon's competitive and intuitive online shopping experience and use their services regularly. Customer service staff, even though based out of the country, are highly courteous and empathetic in the rare occurrence of faulty products.

That said the numerous problems that have occurred with Yodel's delivery service is highly troubling and one which risks impacting on customer satisfaction for Amazon shoppers.

I was awaiting an order with a confirmed delivery date of June 28th and at present have not received anything. After another lengthy phone call to the company, Yodel informed me that the delivery address did not exist. How a 36 floor architecturally designed glass office building ceases to exist is beyond my comprehension.

Past orders from Amazon to my private residence, delivered by Yodel, were a complete shambles. Apparently the delivery driver could not read and was attempting the delivery to another street. Three weeks later I had to personally collect the items from Yodel's Vauxhall depot. I am outraged by such sheer incompetence!

Mr. Bezos I implore you to act now before it is too late. Many UK business's are no longer using them due to their inexcusable lack of customer service and for such a company the simple fact remains that they are unable to fulfil their core task; delivering parcels!

o2 will cease using their services in 2 days time, when will you react Mr Bezos?

Yodel are the worst company ever. I'm awaiting 3 packages which we need for our holidays. Yodel say they tried to deliver but couldn't get a timely response. They were delivering to my work's porters' lodge which is manned continuously thoughout the day. In other words, they couldn't be bothered and I can't get a number to speak to anyone. Amazon need to stop using these muppets.

Yodel are bad. CityLink are worse. They do not leave cards if you cannot get to communal post boxes so you are not aware they even tried to deliver anything. First I knew about it was when I checked the order on here and it said they had tried to deliver 3 times!!! And then it was returned to amazon. Discount delivery companies

I bought a baby bouncing chair but was not in when Yodel came to deliver. No card was left, however, when I went into the back garden to let the dog out I saw that they had thrown my package over the 6ft gate into my back garden. Luckily the product was not damaged, just the box was. Nice customer care Yodel, very nice indeed!

yodel has to be one of the , no the worst in regards to delivery companies, speaking from several bad experiences of them, why persist in using them when so many complaints have been posted in reply to questions asked regarding opinions your company have sought to seek to better deliveries etc.

I live in Central London. Presumably the Vauxhall Centre is the Vauxhall just south of the river Thames. My parcel was there yesterday apparently. Today it's in Wednesbury and looking that up it seems to be in the West Midlands. So why has my parcel gone there? I can't wait to see where it tracks to tomorrow.

I do not know how Yodel are still in business. I have had things sent to me with Yodel three times and not one was successful. My latest delivery from Amazon has apparently been attempted twice- today and yesterday. Neither days have they left a card which obviously means that they are completely incompetent at doing their job properly. No card shows that they have ever tried to deliver it. Amazon, I encourage you to stop using them otherwise you will start to lose your loyal customers including myself.

Yodel says parcel delivered at 18:26 and signed by myself? i was in whole day , Nothing got delivered! ever!

I am fruitlessly in correspondence with YODEL trying to get them to pick up a faulty Kindle which you require returning. Whilst you have now offered to arrange with YODEL direct, you too need to know all the information which YODEL have now been given 3 times (having failed to collect on the 9/10)and I am still waiting for a confirmation email.
I have never come across such a shamble of a company in my life.
Amazon, you really should consider changing couriers

yodel are rubbish they was supposed to pick up a package waited in all day no show next day a yodel driver came to a nother house so i went out to him and complained showed him the email comformation didnt want to know

I agree. Yodel are simply appalling in every way. Unreliable, rude, and untrustworthy! I will stop using Amazon also if they continue with this joke of a company.

Please do not use Yodel - utterly hopeless. Every other delivery company I have used with you has been helpful. But Yodel not. Their OWN tracking system said my parcel did not exisit - I could not get through on phone or internet - and today they are "unable to track the driver". Yodel is letting you down amazon. Why don't you listen to your customers. I by they way told them (when I finally got through to a HUMAN today) that I was going to let you know how hopeless they are. They did not seem surprised.

Interlink and CityLink are the banes of our life. CityLink's nearest depot is in another county and InterLink are over an hour round trip. Thankfully I can get things delivered to work.

Yodel advised that they would collect my Amazon package yesterday. I waited in all day and they did not visit. When I e-mailed Yodel they apologised and said they would collect this morning at 9.00am - guess what, it's now nearly 3.00pm and they still haven't called. That's two days staying at home for nothing. I trust Amazon will not continue to let Yodel tarnish their name and seek another carrier.

I should of had an item delivered by yodel on Tuesday but its now Thursday i did get in touch with amazon about this and they got on to the company yesterday now yodel claiming it was delivered last night at 9 oclock and that it was signed for and clearly it hadnt been amazon today when i mentioned about not just what has happened to me that yodel has been getting bad press reports they said there was only a small percentage complaining and that not to read the bad things what a joke bbc watchdog has a report on this company worth a read

Yodel online tracking showed my parcel left the Vauxhall depot at 9.46 am today. Stayed in all day, didn't not receive anything, checked the tracking at 7.00 pm to see my parcel was returned back to the vauxhall depot for some reason. I only live 15 mins away from there... There is no excuse!!!

My husband was expecting a delivery from Amazon......a week later no sign of delivery.......he contacts Amazon........Amazon say Yodel confirmed my husband refused a delivery last Wednesday morning from them.....strange thing is......doorbell never rang at 07:40......we were all at home as my daughter was ill and didn't go to school and I was having my breakfast at that time. Why are you lying Yodel????

My own personal experience with Yodel was enough for me to avoid this carrier on any future occasion. They are in danger of blackening Amazon's good name. Thankfully Amazon came to my rescue sorted an alternative method to return the goods and reimbursed my costs.

Amazon - please stop using this shambolic company! We've been waiting 5 days for a delivery - checked their tracking site and it's listed as delivered! It has not been delivered - so now my word against theirs? Outrageous, appalling and dishonest.

Yes happened to me also Fivelittlefish, says delivered. made a complaint to Amazon. Also like to note i had items left outside.

When i made a return it took yodel almost 2 weeks to send it back, i do not trust yodel at all and i asked Amazon to please do not allow them to deliver anymore goods but they said its a automatized system so not possible, so for this reason i don't think ill order anything again till Amazon stop using them, i spend quite a bit of money shopping online i expect my goods to be looked after and delivered to my house while I'm in and only a signature and not left outside to get wet or stolen.

When i had items from DPD the service was excellent i even got a email telling me when to expect delivery and they have never let me down. Shame Amazon don't let you select which courier you would like or ditch Yodel.
