new films pre ordered and not arrived 4 days after release date

What can I say. Its not the first time so I cant say its a one off. I pre ordered hugo 3d bluray, which was released 2nd april (monday). Its now the thursday 5th and still no disc. I know its easter but there cant be that many eggs in the post. Going back to play.com for any new releases that I want to watch within the first week or maybe asda.!!!

We have had similar problem, new release films pre-ordered well in advance, turning up either on the day of release or a day or so after, VERY RARELY before... Even though we have prime account, most pre-ordered DVD's come via Royal Mail, so always hit and miss when they will arrive...

I pre ordered breaking dawn fully expecting it to arrive on the day of its release ,i was left empty handed and disappointed to say the least.....six days after it release date it turned up NOT GOOD ENOUGH AMAZON .When woolworths was on the go i pre ordered one of the harry potter books and it arrived two days before its release date amazon take note.
