I should hope so, at nearly 7 a half pound! I'll just get my coffee at Harrods, it would be cheaper!!

Muddy, that is such a good site...I have been to the chilli farm, it's not far from Bigbury on sea. The chap there is very helpful. He sells a vast range of products now.

I went to an extremely chilly farm once, for some carrots. And the wind (not mine) never stopped all day, either. Might have been the same farm? Pixie. Wasn't as helpful the day I was there though. He threatened to shoot me!!

More to the point what is he or she cooking?

I'd probably devour it all

I woke up with the munchies this morning and could have done with something spicy! One of those crisp tortillas with chilli, avocado and salad stuff in it like they serve up at Wahaca in London...had to make do with cornflakes...boring!

Posted on 3 Sep 2012 09:01:33 BDT
You could always buy the Wahaca book and then you could make them for yourself on a morning

And yes, cornflakes are boring aren't they

I'm not a fan of avocados, in general, but I do like guacamole. The spices and tomato make it yummy delicious.

One of my fav breakfasts is toast with avocado spread on it then topped with a little pickled ginger, wasabi and soy. Cut into squares and scoffed!

I love avocado, with slices tomatoes, French dressing and black pepper, lush.. I,m not a big fan of Mexican food though, chilli leaves me cold, yes that was a play on words. I must admit, my cooking has taken a dive these days and what with one thing and another my interest has waned over the last couple of years, I cook for need, not pleasure and it makes me a bit sad at times....reading this site and sharing all your passion for books and food is really getting me fired up again, especially Pixie and Suzy , thank you folk, keep up the love xxxx

Pixie, I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. We lost our dog a year ago and not a day goes by where I don't think about him. I miss him so much. They really do become another member of the family
