I suggest that we have FUN WITH VEGETABLES this month,
we are always being told that we do not eat enough of the stuff.
As some of you know, this cooking bimbo has launched herself onto a cooking course at our local Education Trust, yes, only in South Africa do you get this. It also appears there is not much hope for me, I have to work extra hard as I fear I might be failing it.
I really did not inherit any cooking genes, was obviously sitting in the corner drinking red wine when they were being handed out.
HERE IS THE DEAL, STARTING ON THE 1st OF MARCH you must make a vegetable dish and the main vegetable ingredient must be a vegetable with a name that starts with an A;
that is the only rule as we are all experiencing different climates and different markets.
Obviously on the 2nd of March the main veg ingredient must start
with a B and on the 3rd of March with a C, I am sure you catch the drift,
26 letters in the alphabet, so 26 days to explore the wonderful world of vegetables till we get to
>>>> X, Y, and Z, now that should be fun!!!
Come on ya all, I would love to hear what you concocted. Lets take it even further and try and do something we have never done before, eat things we didn't even know excisted and educate ourselves, our palates and the bratz.
