Home Made Cottage Pie

I cannot remember what it was called, but it had a layer of chicken and garlic at the bottomw, topped with a layer a creamed corn, toppped with mashed potato, topped with sliced bananas. The whiole thing was finsihed with grated cheese and then baked until golden and crispy on top. Weird but strangley enjoyable mix of sweet, salty and very garlicky! Having said that, I have also had banana and garlic pizzas in Grand Canaria!

That sounds good too. What I also liked about the Delia recipe was the touch of cinnamon in it. Just seemed to lift the taste of the pie...
