Can anyone help! My new soup maker stops after ten minutes and keeps bleeping, I've tried everything the booklet suggests but it won't finish the programme.

Phillip...Does it bleep to instruct you to blend? I have tried to find the instruction booklet online but no luck...I would ring the customer services for advice.

There seems to be quite a few reviews on here for this item, could you comment on one of them and ask for advice??

I would not worry about it Stu. I think it's all to do with humour and what works for some doesn't work for other's. I think it is easy on here to misunderstand posters and easily be upset. I think it is just a clash of personalities...it happens. Don't fret about it and just enjoy the threads you want to. I'm sure Spock does not mean to upset you and I'm sure you are both able to work through it. Ok? No harm done.
