Help!!
It is the 2nd December and I have just discovered the Christmas Cake I made last year for this year has been half eaten (hubby obviously thinks I wrap fruit cake in layers of paper and foil and hide it for no reason).
I need a tasty recipe and have less than 2 weeks so I will no be able to "feed" it as I usually would.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Greeny

Go to bbcgoodfood.com and search for the "Bubble and bake christmas cake" featured in Dec 2009 - it's quick and easy and so moist and delicious! I'm a Food Tech teacher and have tried many recipes over the years - this recipe was rated as by far the best by my family.

Hope you enjoy it, too!
