West Yorkshire Playhouse put on a ballet based on Hamlet and they'd updated it to World War 2. Cue for this writer to think of the whole 'Springtime For Hitler' sequence from The Producers when the guards all came tripping on!

It is more of a visual thing but I love the bit in Blazing Saddles where the gunslinger and the sherrif are in the jail and the gunslinger says that his hand is steady as a rock and lifts it up to show how steady it is. Then he says 'I shoot with this hand' and he lifts his other hand and its shaking like a leaf. It doesn't read very funny but I nearly loose all control when it's on.

Preceded, In Blazing Saddles, by Jim: Nowhere special? Always wanted to go there.
