The 1st i think had something to do with aliens. there was one scene where someone bites the head off a rat. that's all i can remember.
The second i thought was called underworld but can't find anywhere. It's about a creature that lives under a boys bed. in one scene, he pees in a bottle in a fridge, which someone drinks. the film finishes with someone getting impaled by a meat hook.
