What about the Young James Bond series, by Charlie Higson? The first is Young Bond: SilverFin: A James Bond Adventure. If you liked those, maybe you can try the original Bonds by Ian Fleming. I read my first one of those when I was your age. I was so enjoying it I bunked off school for an afternoon to finish it. (Ahem - Don't do that!)

Try these:

Young Bond series - Charlie Higson
Henderson Boys series - Robert Muchamore
CHERUB series - Robert Muchamore
HIVE series - Walden Mark
The Thirteen Treasures - Michelle Harrison
Alpha Force series - Chris Ryan
The Thirty Nine steps - John Buchan
The Thirty Nine Clues (series) - various authors

Also try Dick Francis's suspense/thrillers set in the world of racing. They are adult, however at 11 you should be able to cope and there isn't anything in them that you shouldn't be reading. Admittedly there is a bit of violence sometimes e.g. someone getting hit over the head etc, but nothing you probably haven't already seen on TV. I've read some as an adult, and my nephew when he was around your age loved them.
