Why not have some special time with your gran in Law and write her biography with her?

If you're not only looking for memoirs by famous people then you can try 'Emigrating Home' by Yasseen, it can be quite funny and it certainly has travel.

If she likes books about inspiring ordinary people I can suggest Cherry Blossom Children - One Foster Parents Story by Dani Valdis. Though I read this a few months ago I still wake up thinking about the family involved. I think any parent should read this it really is an excellent read and a great source of energy. Read the reviews and the preview I am sure they will help to persuade you.Cherry Blossom Children: One Foster Parent's Story
