Hello guys,
I've been waiting on 3 items to arrive, two from Amazon, one from another website (totalling over £150), and they should have been here by now, so I checked the tracking numbers on the Hermes website and they all say on May 24th (last Thursday) that they were delivered to a "Secure Location"
Now I know somebody was at home because we were waiting on a delivery from Ikea at the time, and the gate was locked. The biggest kicker is that Hermes didn't even leave me a calling card. I don't really know where I stand with this, I've contacted Amazon.
Has anyone had a similar problem with Hermes? Am I going to have difficulty proving that they didn't deliver?

In the end Amazon refunded me, which is really amazing service as it wasn't their fault and I had no evidence other than honesty!

I had the same thing was an order I placed a while back totally over £200. Amazon refunded all the money after about 10 minutes on the live chat service.

I had a card through the door today and the only thing it said was "Fire Behind Door"? I looked around everywhere behind all my external doors, in the garden, the drive, electricity meter cuoboard but nothing, I tried to call Hermes but they were extremely rude and wouldn't help, they said it was a supplier issue not their's and to call amazon!!!
