Yodel has done it again!

I tracked my order as it should have been delivered today; according to Yodel they delivered it three days ago at 9pm! This is interesting because apart from the fact that I don't have my order, the electric gates to my property automatically lock at 7pm......curious, huh?

I contacted Amazon customer services, who contacted Yodel who said they'd deliver it this afternoon.

Surprise, surprise, it's now 8.45 and still no order. I contacted Amazon customer services again, this time I've been told that Yodel can't find my address.....strange, because they say they found it three days ago when they fabricated a delivery.

This is what I cannot tolerate from Yodel....the lies. A late delivery is one thing, but not the lies, and this is not the first instance. A few months ago they said the same thing, and when I aslked the driver who eventually turned up the following day why he hadn't come the previous day I was told "I didn't have any other deliveried in the area, so didn't bother"! This is totally unacceptable.

Amazon you really have to sort this out....there are other, better, couriers out there...please try them!
