The same problem as many times before, you don't mention anything about subtitles and so I am afraid to order.

Ditto for me - I never order a DVD unless the particulars say whether or not it has subtitles. I have emailed about this before but it evidently had no effect.

Same here too. I won't buy any DVDs or blue ray discs without detailed information regarding the subtitling and languages for each disc.

Same here for years now. Does Amazon not realise how they are missing out on a valuable business source? Obviously not.

I agree about the importance of knowing if the item has subtitles or not. When it doesn't say anything I assume it doesn't have them and I don't buy it. Furthermore, many times they don't show the contents list of a particular CD. Why buy an item blindly?

The Lost Prince [Blu-ray][Region Free]. I would love to know if this has subtitles. The DVD version has none, I believe the only Poliakoff DVD without. It has been screened in HD on SKY with subs, however.
Amazon, please look to add subtitling data to the product pages. The UK has some 15 million people with hearing difficulties - a big market to sample from.

I think you need to think a bit more laterally here and check out sites other than Amazon that specialise in DVDs and Blu-ray discs. There are lots of good film review websites where the people who review the discs give all the useful technical information about region, aspect ratio, subtitles, picture quality, bonus material, etc, etc. I normally check out a few serious sites before deciding whether or not to purchase.
