There are loads of boxing movies out there. But two of the best I've seen are Raging Bull and Million Dollar Baby.

As for documentaries, When We Were Kings and Tyson are pretty good.

Surely you've seen the recent flick 'The fighter' with mark wahlberg and Christian bale. Excellent film with superb performances from both the lead actors. Defo recommend it.

I can see why Rocky V gets a bum rap but I always enjoyed it to be honest. It's got its faults but I love the duke, got some great one liners and the fight at the end is great. Soon as Pauly takes a smack in the mouth you know tommy gunns days are numbered lol.

haven't seen fighter yet as have heard some mixed reviews. didn't like raging bull to be honest. found it a bit boring. million dollar baby was good but felt it was the sort of movie you can only watch once. will check out midnight sting, and probably give fighter a go. i know there was another couple out recently, think one was called the warrior. does anyone know if it's any good as not heard too much about it. and sorry optimus, but you're so wrong about rocky 5, it was truly awful. i think the fact his name was tommy gunn proves my point.

Requiem for a Heavyweight: Showing the downfall of a boxer and what he has to do to make a living.
Raging Bull: I don't think there's another boxing film that comes close!!

Cinderella Man: An Enjoyable film about Jim Braddock who made a comeback during the great depression.
