Acer Aspire z3731. I would like to suggest anyone thinking of buying an Acer product ..NOT TO. I purchased a Acer Aspire all in one pc, it is out of warrenty by 2 weeks, i have used the pc no more than 10 times. The USB dongle stopped for the wireless Keypad and mouse, when i contacted Ascer and asked then to replace the USB dongle they said i had to purchase a new keyboard and mouse..They have no after care service at all.....I will never buy an Acer product again and would suggest any other pc brand !!!

I would never purchase another Acer product again Louise, as we both have found out, their customer service stinks!!! I am please you have a Samsung product now, I will follow you in your footsteps when my useless Acer breaks down and needs replacing ( which no doubt will be soon)
I hope people take note and do not purchase Acer products ...

I sent Acer lots of email, some they replied to and other they simply did not even bother to reply to!!!
I think Amazon should stop selling their products, and also potential customer take note of our experiance and steer well clear of Acer for their sake!!

We bought two 23" touch screen 5600 al in one in December2010 mothers and one in February2011 ours. In August 2012 mothers started to spark at the back and hours did the same two weeks later. Mother had not used hers for more than ten hours and we had used ours considerably more. The fault was power unit supply to plug on both and when I phoned the service centre I was told it was a known fault. We sent mother on 23 September and five weeks later it returned in original box with broken dongle and split base/broken immediately went back and there it remains. What sort of care is that?
I need ours for work guess I will take two month holiday. There customer care is real bad.

I can only agree with you that Acer is the worst customer care I have ever known, I can only advise you and other potential customers to NOT purchase Acer products, if you do, DON'T EXPECT ANY AFTER SALES OR GUARANTEE from Acer.. My issues with the factory faulty keyboard and mouse never got resolved.. I have since purchased another pc and would never buy another Acer product again...they are Useless!!!!

totally agree....Acer are crap...their customer service sucks also..i bought a new ALL IN ONE acer, the keyboard and mouse stopped working a week after the 1 yr guarantee and Acer said tough luck buy a new one !!!
NEVER again would i buy an Acer product!
