This CD is taken direct from an LP recording , so the sound quality could be better , but the same recording is available from another label , which having read the reviews ,might well be the one to go for . The Show is typical Julian Slade and Dorothy Reynolds , if you like Salad Days , you will enjoy this .

Delightful show by the writers of "Salad Days." 18 Jun 2014
By E. Rogers - Published on Amazon.com

I read about this show and saw that it was written by the man and woman who did "Salad Days," a favorite of mine. It is a wonderful show, melodic and charming and much in the vein of "Salad Days." I think it is marvelous that these shows, many of which were intended to fill only a few weeks in the summer season, ran on and on and had an enduring life as fun shows. I had the old vinyl of "Salad" and got it out one day and found there was more surface noise than music, so was so happy to be able to get the CD. Ed Rogers
