I have been following Marisa's plan since Christmas. I have lost 2 stone, and I am delighted. However, more importantly I am feeling so much better. My skin problems has resolved, aches and pains have disappeared and gastric reflux has almost gone. It has done wonders for my relationships and my confidence levels. However, I did drop off the wagon for a couple of days last week, temptation of hot cross buns proved too much and then I let the flood gates open! The next few days I felt like I had a really nasty hangover and my Family were quite distressed to see the state I was in, I couldn't function properly. I felt like I had before I started this wonderful life changing plan. I have found it a little difficult to get back on track, it is the school holidays, but I have no doubt that I will. I have never felt so healthy and energised while following Marisa's guidelines. It isn't just about weight, but that's what we all think about first. There is no quick fix easy solution, but Marisa's plan gives you a fantastic guide to make changes and choices in your life which will help you live a healthy and happy life.
