Synopsis

I bought this one because it's a "Jackie Chan" movie! The only problem is that Jackie himself appears only for a brief moment in the film in an inrelevant scene! Except that, it's a nice movie. Martial art fans should like it.

Not so much a review as a warning. Various editions claim that this film is Supercop, and/or Police Story 4. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Supercop is the sub-title of Police Story 3, starring Jackie Chan and Michelle Yeoh, and it ranks as possiblt the best all-out action movie either actor has been in. This is Project S, which features Michelle Yeoh's character from Supercop in the lead, with Jackie popping up in one scene - in drag. Which sadly is nowhere near as funny as it sounds.

The riotous, fun tone of Police Story 3 is as good as absent here. Michelle has achieved so much more elsewhere. One to miss.
