Positive = Small, solidly built compact that produces quality shots due to versatile settings

Negative = Zoom's a bit slow & no camera case

I bought this because I was on a tight budget, but wanted a quality little compact to go travelling with. I like it's 5x zoom which is more than the 3x average on the market at the moment & the wide angle is a definite bonus as well! It produces lovely photos on it's auto setting & I enjoy playing around with the various other settings & the manual sections that is available. The fact that it has a metal body means it's robust & copes with the odd bit of rough handling well. The touch screen is great & very handy to focus quickly on a specific point. Works well when taking photos of animals, because it locks & then moves with the subject till you press the button without having to redo your focusing all the time. The menus are nicely laid out & I'm pleased with my overall buy.
