Mary has been a health and fitness writer on numerous UK magazines and is the author of over 15 books including The Art of Indian Head Massage and Head and Foot Massage.

I would recommend this book for anyone who is a parent, or works with children. It shows simple instructions with pictures for Massage, Reflexology and Acupressure. I have worked with children for 14 years and now run Baby Massage Classes, and offer the above Therapies for parents and children. Harry who I have known and given Massge to since he was 18 months old (now 3 and a half), is a bundle of mischief and wild energy. He often asks for Massages and instructs me on exactly where he wants to be Massaged. His mother watches in amazement as he becomes instantly calm, and goes into a dream like state. I would recommend Mary's book for anyone who would like to learn some tecniques for themselves, they can be an amazing tool for calming your children, and spending some peaceful time together.

Although this book is aimed at 4-12 year olds the information is
suitable for all ages. It is written and presented in an easy to follow
format that makes the various moves and routines enjoyable to read and
simple to practise. It is good to see that it is endorsed by a forward
thinking GP who recommends it to any parent. It was Book of the Week in
the Mail on Sunday `You' Magazine on June 21st 2009.

What a wonderful book for parents to be able to spend time with their children and enjoy the wonderful healing power of touch. Beautifully written with easy to follow routines and lovely pictures. It is great to be able to empower children to heal themselves as well. I have recommended it to clients, friends and family who I know will benefit from it as well.
