I'm actually reading this book now and I think it's a great book sofar.

'The Art of Changing' is like four books in one. Aswell as explaining what the Alexander Technique is, and showing you how to do it - Glen Park also talks about releasing negative emtions, using affirmations and balancing your chakras. Don't worry if you're not too sure about any of these topics - they are all explained very simply in this book - and if you are familiar with it all, this book will bring it all together under one roof.

If you're looking to straighten out your posture aswell as your emotional self (and it's all connected) - then this book if for you.

All in all a great book!

I am enthusiastic about alexander technique, which has helped me to repair a lot of old posture problems which were causing back and shoulder pain. I wanted a decent guide book to help me along, after some sessions with a teacher, and this fits the bill well. It would have been 5 stars, if not for my being slightly irritated by the mustical side.
