Product Description
Synopsis
Deepak Chopra's bestselling book, "Ageless Body, Timeless Mind", is based on the premise that ageing is a choice and that reshaping the ageing process is within our control. The author of "Ageing Body, Confused Mind" finds that his experience has shown him otherwise. It dawned on him one day in the shower, as he contemplated his discarded clothing, that there was another way and so he began this guide to growing old disgracefully. In it, he shows how maturity is an asset when it comes to causing havoc, upsetting your children and manipulating those around you. There are practical exercises, case studies and cogent theories, all designed to befuddle and bewilder the young and make the older positively look forward to the next time they lose their keys or wear odd socks.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ageing Body, Confused Mind, 21 Oct 2005
This is the funniest book I have ever read. I was looking for practical help with growing older and this book demonstrated to me that ageing does not have to be a problem, depending on how you look at it. We should all grow old as Pete May suggests - laughing and being ourselves. Thank you for showing me an alternative.
